In that Bisnow article/fluffy goodness from last October that said this project would break ground after the first of the year (break buildings may be more accurate) Mac Pike also said he had a "hotel lined up for the project".
Based on the current market conditions I can the hotel and one of the residential buildings as well as the office portion going forward.
