Great post. I missed it, but yeah, we should build something like this on the peninsula.

We're never going to increase downtown density-- have more families move in-- on the peninsula and downtown, if we build all the new sports facilities out in Bedford and Dartmouth. Very unfair and typical of shortsighted HRM policies.
