I believe these configurations only hold about 600 or 700 rooms. Check how many rooms(43?) are on the typical guest room plan and multiply it by the # of guest room floors, which is about 16. They would have to add another 2 to 3 floors.

I think the only way to develop the north site is a skinnier & taller building, 20-30 rooms per floor, which would be a 30ish story tower.
