That building is literally shoehorned in there. It's sad when even the architects acknowledge the inevitable and shade in the narrow canyon between the buildings as dark and foreboding in the renderings. If its that bad in the rendering, which is the best-case scenario, what will it look like when built? And think about those poor lower floor residents facing the garage levels.
