It is. From St Louis de Ha Ha in Quebec, all the way to Halifax and/or Antigonish (I think?) is 4 lane grade separated freeway (other than a toll section at Cobequid Pass in NS). New Brunswick is full freeway from end to end (with a freeway tail for I-95 as well). The only untwinned connection is to Confederation Bridge.
