I prefer this to the previous rendering. I think this will look much better when completed than this little rendering shows. If you look at the hi-rez image posted on Denver Urban Review, it looks quite nice. It's refreshing to see something that isn't beige. Ugh. And frankly, the randomly splattered panels trick is getting pretty tired.
