i still prefer Brentwood more. Lougheed will not have the same commanding view as many of the units in Brentwood. Brentwood is closer to downtown , North Van, 8 minutes to Deer Lake, 13 minutes to Burnaby Mountain Park, 15 minutes to Barnet Marine Park, easy access to BCIT, Burnaby Hospital, EA. IMO anyway
