Why? I think that it's a nice mid-size between the quick short-and-out 6-floor micro apartment buildings and the big 40-floor projects that take so long to complete. They would be great scattered throughout downtown and around the inner neighborhoods or centers of other urban villages like Northgate, West Seattle's Junction, Beacon Hill.
