Open air stadium, natural grass, in the portlands. This would be around 2030 after the conversion is done. Rogers Centre would be 41 years old. The Jays will be looking for a new option.

At that time the leafs and raps will be looking for new digs. RC gets torn down New arena gets built at the old site. Or will that be another football stadium site?
