So looking at the construction camera of 1601 Wewatta I notice that the areas for trees/plants in the plaza are all based with concrete. Any trees planted without the ability to grow their roots deep are going to be wimpy and provide little shade.
Is this normal practice for urban trees? Kinda seems dumb
