Developer Isaac Schwartz is planning a new 11-story 71-unit project, according to this plan exam application filed August 9th. The development will have 52,761 square feet of residential space.
The building will be near another Fischer joint at 41-21 28th Street, which will rise 14 stories with 139 units. The developer for that project is Brooklyn-based All Year Management.
