I thought this one might be tallish. The renderings seemed to suggest it.

They posted the site plan today. The elevations are on page 26.

471 feet 9 inches to the top of the mechanical penthouse
450 feet 9 inches to the main roof.
431 feet 9 inches to the 35th floor (highest occupied floor).
107 feet 9 inches to the parking podium.

The elevations also show "removable metal clad fiberglass planter boxes" for the wall cladding on the parking garage. So I guess they are planning to keep the greenery.

Also the section with the "stilts" the tower will sit on ends at 143 feet 9 inches above the street, so that's a neat design feature that is going to be fairly visible from the southwest since there's nothing blocking the view of this tower from that side.
