Yes, and for the teenagers and the younger kids. Then again, people in the Monarch were horrified with the construction of the Bowie because that Monarch pool gets no sun now, and it already wasn't heated. Even in late April the pool was too cold to truly swim in. This brings up an interesting discussion actually. What will the impact of Bowie and the Northshore have on the rent prices in a building like the Monarch, which is no longer the premier rental location downtown. Will we see some dynamic pricing in some of the "older" residential buildings emerge, providing a little more affordability downtown.
