I would be, too. They were rejected once before when they lost the bid for Arts Court, and now with everything they've been through with this site it really isn't worth continuing to deal with Ottawa. They are working on Canada's tallest building in Toronto, and can continue being successful without bothering with us. Even if they do attempt the landmark building thing (I'd be curious to see what they propose), this could very well be their last building here.
