Good the building is being re-purposed. Harmony Buffet went downhill very quickly, and building was looking rough after going through other shitty tenants. I recall parking by there a year or so, and seeing the front doors and windows kicked in on the building.
Nice rendering for the building, hope it ends up looking like that. However the area has always been run down, they forgot to render all the cabbies and bums in the marketing material if is has the same demographics..
