I'm not remotely "worried" about any of the projects, tbh, but if there's gonna be some that fall through it'll be the three I mentioned plus maybe Homewood.

The only reason I worry about Magellan is b/c they're a huge firm that don't really need this project and they haven't been very vocal about it's progress.
