If it's structurally possible and not a monster cost - that would be a nice renovation to have. The roof should still be open at every possible opportunity, but when closed - it could look less cavernous. However, I have to wonder if it were possible - then why hasn't any other roofed stadium done it? (unless there is an example of it in use).

I still think a renovation to the façade of the Skydome would greatly improve it's looks. Right now it's just slabs of cement - but if they could replace it with brick - it would look so much nicer. Love when stadiums/arenas incorporate brick into the exterior. Stadiums like the Texas Rangers ballpark look fantastic because of it.
