I actually think with the rain it'll be cooler this spring and summer. Of course it'll feel more humid which will raise the heat index, but the actual temperature will likely be lower because of the rain. The only way it'll keep us warmer is at night if we have thick cloud cover since it'll trap the daytime heat in instead of clear skies allowing the heat to escape into the atmosphere.
