Of course Texas has been on a tear over the last 15 years or so and given how much it's already grown that's an impressive growth projection.
Growing off a much smaller base could Denver experience a similar percentage growth to the metro areas in Texas? How much of a stretch is it to suggest that Metro Denver could add another 750,000 people by the end of 2025?
That would mean a lot of auto sales etc. etc.

Taking a cue from bunt I threw this together from CO state demographer data:
The furthest CO goes for forecasts is 2040 (I included this years projection and each census year projection). As we all know projections that go out that far are inherently less reliable, but it looks like 5 million by 2045 is pushing it based on current forecasts.
