The big thing is what is planned for the ground floor. I've been sworn to secrecy so I can't say, but it's supposed to open later this year.

Interesting, thanks. I figured it was this building.
It's great to see all of the little incremental improvements happening in the North End. This is much better than ripping everything out for large condo developments. In a few years I'm hoping Gottingen will be even more eclectic than it is now, but also much busier.
