This was their reply to me about an hour ago about it. I asked them what happened to the earlier plan, and said I thought Austin deserves something unique.

So, yes all that hard work and the hundreds of thousands it cost to develop those plans were simply wasted.
So, the current facility is an interim facility while we're developing a permanent one, and in principle downtown Austin is still a possibility. Albeit one that we would approach with 'some' trepidation as you can imagine.
