I agree with that. Terrible location too. That's why they have to do better for the next one.
There are other potentially interesting locations for an arena outside of Kanata and LeBreton flats. The bayview area is a good idea. There's also probably some space available in the industrial / trainyard area. This area is underused and treated as a wasteland. But its potential is huge considering its location (close to downtown, close to queensway, buses, trains.....).
I may be biased though. I obviously don't need an arena anywhere near downtown, or at all. I've been to the one in Kanata twice in my life
