My mistake while half asleep haha. Significance still stands just the same. ;-) though I do understand that this building needs refurbishment to be as sharp looking as it used to be. I really liked the zig zag small office building at burrard on davie street, next to the community garden. I was sad when they didnt keep any of the original facade intact when they renovated it. The new brick facade wasnt the best choice either. Seems almost like a renovation from the 90s. :-(
