EDIT: Is it just me, or is the image link function not working?
They did, but the neighborhood just north of the gravel pit/lake just to the north of the site put up a big stink and Adams County didn't offer any support to move it, so RTD left it where it will be.

Hopefully there's some sort of pedestrian bridge or something connecting the two sides of Federal in the future because crossing Federal right there is a bear...
