He was clearly not talking about small discrepancies like those. He was talking about tens of thousands.

It's interesting that the 2012 announced Sunday attendance was about 117K and COTA said 66K of those came from out of state. In 2013 they announced a reduced attendance of about 113K and said about 77K of those came from out of state.
