We in Alberta have a few chinook and wobbly terms that we share with BC (chuck doesn't just refer to Edmonton, for example.) There are some words derived from Michif and Cree in Alberta that are used like "Ship it!" The commute from Edmonton to Fort McMurray has a few terms:

"Up to the Mack"
"Stuck in the Mack"
