MIDLAND | Hotel Santa Rita No.1 | FT | 12 FLOORS

After the developers of the proposed Energy Tower for downtown Midland pulled the plug on the project, the city of Midland now has a new proposal for the old courthouse site. Introducing the Hotel Santa Rita No.1 development by Overland Partners. This is more appropriate for the skyline for Midland at a maximum floor count of 17, than that of the Energy Tower.
