How can Surrey possibly think they deserve LRT when they haven't even come close to building out the potential of the 4 Skytrain stations that they've had for 20 years now? Coquitlam Centre doesn't even have Skytrain yet and there has been what looks like just as much TOD as Whalley. Sorry to say but Surrey is one of the last places people want to live. Giving Surrey LRT would be like putting a Ferrari engine in '77 Matador.

If a B-Line works for Broadway, it (or BRT) can certainly work for much lower density Surrey.
