Had to run an errand on Van Ness and saw some exciting work being done. The one story buildings on Pine between Van Ness and Franklin are fully demo'd, and the two story buildings whose facades are being kept had lost a bit of their back ends. The former parking lot on the corner is fully cleared.

The project at Franklin and Bush is now up to 10 stories of steel on the south half of the property above the three stories of concrete that cover the whole site. Not sure why they are building one half at a time, but it means that half is topped out I guess.
