Potential Downtown Development Plots

1) The Budget car lot on Georgia
2) The Parkade at Beatty/Pender
3) Richards/Pender scuzzy buildings and empty lot

Please, somebody, build something (hopefully attractive) on that Budget car lot on Georgia!!
It's got to be one of the ugliest plots of land downtown !!
