^ Not too sure. With Watson's victory so crushing, he may have won the rural wards, too. Last time around Watson had 49% of the vote with victories in all but the rural wards, and even in the rural wards he was not far behind. With 76% of the vote this time I feel it may have been a Watson plurality in 23/23.
