Interesting - according to Wikipedia (not sure how accurate it is), Vancouver's elevation ranges from 0 to 152 metres (at Queen E Park), and Toronto's from 75 to 209 at Keele and Steeles (134 metres) - pretty similar elevation range, though Vancouver definitely seems more hilly on the ground to me.

Kelowna's setting is pretty spectacular - it's probably second on my list after Vancouver, though I haven't been to QC, St. John's or Halifax.
