^I suppose we would have to look at the building in context. Perhaps it is very cognizant of the late 1970s and early 1980s concrete and brick aesthetic with odd circles and things. I'm surprised it doesn't have a gigantic godzilla handbag handle on top like some of the buildings of that era.
