It's not as booming. Maybe because there's too much retail spaces that are closed after 9PM that creates a huge gap in-between bars.

The activities are closer from National to that park, with only one-two stores closed. Once you pass 11th, the gaps get bigger.

I think Analog is a good spot to people watch/listen to cool cars and motorcycles roar by.
