Haggard Place Tower still a Go

Back in May, Visions5 LLC – a new real estate development company headed by John Richardson and James Morgenstern – announced plans for a 20-story condo tower to be built on part of the Haggard Farm near Spring Creek Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway.
