CoR Bylaw 9900, Part VIII "Bicyclists," Sec 81:
"
Rules of the Road Prevail
81. Every cyclist shall operate a bicycle in accordance with the applicable rules of the road as set out in The Traffic Safety Act."
(and Sec 9 - regarding bicycle-only lanes - doesn't contradict this, nor provide exemptions)
