This is for the 15 story office building only. The building is making its way through the Development Plan process.

The program includes a 15 story, 200,000 square foot office building with ground floor retail and 6 levels of parking (left) and a 15 story, 189 unit apartment building with ground floor retail built including 5 levels of parking (right). The new retail will total approximately 42,000 square feet. Both buildings have been designed by Tryba Architects of Denver.
