It's seemed like it's had the "Taste of Mediterranean" sign up for quite a while with no visible change to the building. Is it even still a go? Or more of a stalled project at this point?
I'd say foot-traffic is hit and miss, but there is the new office building on Albert and 11th and the recently renovated one on McIntyre and 11th that hasn't been completely filled yet. So there is a bit of a future growth possibility in terms of office workers on that end. Could also be a quicker stop than the mall for people in some of the Albert towers.
So it has a chance I think... but could struggle a bit.
