Remember the argument about the color of the new trax line? It looks like black is reserved for the SL central - university hub shuttle on page 14 of the above document, meaning that an airport university line (I feel like both of these projects will go forward because there is nothing connecting the east to the west and no way for fairpark and rose park to get to university as well as downtown and Guadalupe because of a lack of a line that uses existing corridors, as opposed to a primarily commuter based line for out of SL proper residents to use meaning it would likely only stop at courthouse west and stadium onward)
Funding for the yellow line was not outlined though
