Downtown’s Silver Moon Lodge apartments to open August 8

Downtown Albuquerque’s latest multifamily development is scheduled to be completed and open by August 8.
The Silver Moon Lodge apartments started construction about a year ago at 901 Park Ave. SW, just west of 8th Street. The four-story development will have 151-studio and one-bedroom units and plenty of amenities, including a swimming pool and fourth-floor outdoor common patio space.
Silver Moon Lodge manager Britni Gallegos told Business First that preleasing activity has been going well and that she has been holding rolling open houses to present some of its features prior to the project being completed.
“I’m able to show some of the units on the ground floor and the quality of work that has gone into this project,” Gallegos said. She said the apartments will have a fitness center, club house, bike shop, recycling center and retail space, too.
