^Exactly. Saskatoon has a lot of quite tall apartment buildings which aren't represented in the diagram section which many people look at. Adding up some scores for the top-ten tallest buildings in cities, I find the following comparisons:

Regina: 725m
Saskatoon: 657m

*I used Wikipedia's lists of tallest buildings to calculate and looked at the Prairie cities and then a few others for comparison purposes. Regina and Saskatoon are pretty much a push really, but the spacing and type dramatically alter perceptions.
