New warehouse tenant headed to Mercer Business Park near LBJ Freeway

On Friday developer Billingssley Co. is breaking ground on a new office headquarters for security firm Monitronics Inc. in its Mercer Business Park in northwest Dallas.
Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co. has rented almost 91,000 square-feet of warehouse space in a new industrial building that Billingsley is developing in the 225-acre business park.
“Timing and terms worked out for our new building just down the street from them at Mercer Business Park.”
The new 340,000-square-foot building is near the northwest corner of LBJ Freeway and Interstate 35E and will be ready in early 2015.
