Richmond, despite not being able to go too tall, is doing it right! They are putting office blocks, hotels, high-density retail stores and other entertainment services amidst condos. If only the Olympic Village in Vancouver would follow the same formula....This development in Richmond makes the City of Van planning unit look glaringly backward and 'provincial'.
