That whole strip of St Joseph between St Raymond and Mont-Bleu has a certain 'skid row' quality to it.

..and that horrid vacant McDonald's.. man.. just bulldoze that place. I thought I read somewhere that a daycare was going to move in there. Maybe they changed their minds after realizing you can't get the grease and burger sweat out of the walls. Who'd want to pick up their kids at the end of the day with them smelling like Rotten Ronnie's?
