670 Pacific Street

Quote:
Here’s a preliminary look at Read Property Group’s proposed eight-story development at 670 Pacific Street in Prospect Heights.

Located between Sixth and Carlton avenues near the Barclays Center, the new building will have 86 units, Brownstoner first reported. Permits filed in January (and disapproved February) indicate that the 80-foot-tall project would measure 61,058 square feet, with a roof deck, bicycle storage, recreation space and parking. Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is the architect of record.

Read is merging lots at 670, 674 and 678 Pacific, according to Brownstoner. Demolition plans have been approved for the pair of two-story commercial buildings at 670 and 674 Pacific; the third lot, 678 Pacific, is vacant.
