I don't think you recognize what anti development means at all, sure you approve the status quo for development in downtown that any city should have but you fight pretty darn hard against anything in ritzee areas in the south end,
the Artillery Place, Coburg & Seymore, Spirit Place (Saint John United) should have gone through and fighted tooth and nail for that one more than anything, I know I'm missing one or two others that you are publicly against in the low population density areas of the south end, (edit) the WELLINGTON STREET place you're against that one as well. I'm not sure where you stand on CARLTON TERRACE, but your Track record since you've been in office is no no no no for every proposal in the south end, its very detrimental to the community in the long run.

You don't have a balanced approach to these areas, you're nope nope nope for every residential area in the south and look how pro development I am for the downtown core which you would be publicly lynched if you were against. You're ok in some areas Waye but your pretty way off base and anti development in your own way.
