Similar to the JW Marriott which actually "broke ground" in August of 2012 with an opening date in early 2015. 2 1/2 yrs, so if The Fairmont breaks ground in May and complete by fall of 2017 giving it a good 3 years to complete everything, plus this will be taller than the JW Marriott so much more time will be needed to complete the structure of the building.
