Air Canada will definitely be staying in Terminal 2 since arriving travelers don't need to go through Customs/Immigration like other int'l travelers do (they pre-clear in Canada).
Aeromexico recently moved to Terminal 2 from Terminal 5, so I doubt they will be moving either.
