Yet another office proposal for the downtown core. Right now, it is suggested the tower is 48 stories, but could be taller. The height of this one will be over 200meters. There is movement on site, as the East Side Marios has closed it's doors. Currently the tower is in pre-leasing. It is unclear if ALLIED REIT has secured a tenant or not. I am sure we'll find out more regarding this development within the next few months.
