Looks nice.
I notice the GO train behind it - but that's the end of the line so it's not going to be creating any excess noise. The other trains running through there are slow and don't make much noise.
The MLS listing states "NO CONDO FEE'S". Will it kick in after a year or two? I don't see how they cant not have condo fees.
